The six-day long training on “𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐖𝐂, 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬” held from 14–19 October 2025, successfully jointly organized by Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF), Mondiaal FNV versterkt werknemers wereldwijd, and WageIndicator, and funded by the European Union in Bangladesh.
This program equipping data enumerators with essential knowledge and practical skills to ensure ethical, gender-responsive, and safeguarded data collection under the Decent Work Due Diligence (DWDD) project.
Throughout the sessions, participants engaged in interactive discussions, hands-on exercises, and field simulations, enhancing their understanding of:
Facilitated by experts from WageIndicator Foundation, including Nadia Pralita, Andira Dzulkarnaen, and co-facilitated by Swaron Shal from BLF the training blended theory with practice. Enumerators also conducted demo surveys in Savar, Ashulia, and Gazipur, shared field experiences, and revisited key organizational policies such as Child Protection, Safeguarding, Community Feedback Mechanism, Data Protection, and Research Ethics.
