Study Circle Leadership Training with Home based RMG Workers

 

Home-based RMG workers contribute to the RMG supply chain. They bring work from factories or vendors and are paid on a piece-rate basis.

Though they contribute to our economy , they remain invisible  due to informal work arrangements. They are unrecognized under our labor laws , face a lack of social protection , and receive low piece rates. 

 

This training was designed to empower these workers by developing leadership skills , enabling them to raise awareness  and organize themselves within their communities.
