Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) recently conducted a comprehensive week-long staff capacity development training focused on key thematic areas including Safeguarding Policy, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Just Transition, and Child Labour.
The aim of the training was to review existing practices, build deeper understanding, and strengthen the capacity of our team members to respond more effectively to challenges in the world of work. By enhancing staff knowledge and sensitivity on these critical issues, BLF is reinforcing its commitment to protecting workers’ rights, promoting gender equality, and ensuring a sustainable and just transition for all.
Together, we’re building a future that is safer, fairer, and more inclusive for all workers and their families.
