Staff Capacity Building Training on Project Implementation
Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) organized a two day long non-residential Staff capacity building training on Project Implementation for his staffs on October 27-28, 2021 at BLF conference room in Dhaka under the project of “Promoting Decent Work and Acceptable Working Conditions in Tannery sector in Bangladesh”. The main objectives of this training were to Improve project planning, processes, and communication in extended phase of the project, develop strategies for effective stakeholder engagement and coordination, develop communicable/feasible workplan for the project period and strengthening partnership for achieving results. It is also expected that participant will prepare project implementation plan and guideline, prepare a quality report for donner, Team building & coordination, analyzed stakeholders, risk analysis and mitigate the risk. Md. Taherul Islam, Program Manager, A.M. Sajjad Hossain Khan, Senior Program Manager and Samiha Jamil, Consultant of The Asia Foundation and Mahmudul Hasan Khan, Deputy Director of BLF facilitated the training. Sadat Sadruddin Shibli, Director of The Asia Foundation present as Chief Guest and AKM Ashraf Uddin, Executive Director of BLF chaired the training. The program was organized with the technical & financial support of The Asia Foundation.
