Collective Bargaining and Grievance Handling’ is a major concern of trade unions.

Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) organised a training for the leaders of Bangladesh Textile and Garment Workers League (BTGWL) and the leaders of three basic trade unions of Keraniganj local readymade garments on ‘Collective Bargaining and Grievance Handling with the support of Mondiaal FNV.

The training was held on 2 September 2022 at the Conference Room of BLF, Dhaka and 20 participants attended the training.

The training covers the Collective Bargaining process, and negotiation, the Grievance handling process, and leaders’ role in these processes.
