Study Circle Leadership Training with Tannery Workers
Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) has organized two days long study circle Leadership Training with Potential Male- Female Leaders and youth workers from Tannery Industry at Savar, Dhaka.
The Training aims to empower workers with leadership skills and knowledge that are essential for improving their roles within the Tannery industry, fostering a more productive and harmonious work environment.
The training helps to build:
- Organizing Capacity
- Skill development
- Awareness
- Formation of unit committee
- Enhance Leadership Skills
- Gender Inclusion
Our efforts contribute not only to the improvement of their own working conditions but also to the overall development and sustainability of the Tannery industry.
