The National Occupational Health and Safety Day-2023

The day is observing with a theme ‘নিশ্চিত করি শোভন কর্মপরিবেশ, গড়ে তুলি স্মার্ট বাংলাদেশ’ / ‘Nishchito Kori Shovon Kormo Poribesh, Gore Tuli Smart Bangladesh (Ensure a decent workplace, build a smart Bangladesh)

 

A national occupational safety and health culture is much needed where safe and healthy working environment where where governments, employers and workers actively participate in securing a safe and healthy working environment. Only by this way we can precent workplace accident.

 

Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) has been working and advocating to ensure a decent workplace in different sector of industries in Bangladesh since long. This year we have observed the day with different programs I.e. Rally, Human Chain, Discussion Program to raise awareness and promoting a safety and health culture which will reduce the number of workplace deaths and injuries.
