A Staff Orientation program was held by Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) on September 7, 2024 at BLF Head Office, Dhaka.
Bangladesh Labour Foundation is implementing a project titled “Promoting Decent Work and Organizing for Home-Based RMG Workers (HBRMGWs) in the Formal RMG Sector”, with financial support from OXFAM GB and the EU.
To orient the staff with the project, we held a full-day session focused on presenting the project’s overview, strategy, and operational systems. The session was led by BLF’s Senior Management, using a variety of methods and techniques.
