Staff Onboarding & Implementation Programme for SMEP Project
The Staff Onboarding & Implementation Programme for the Sustainable Manufacturing and Environmental Pollution (SMEP) Project was held on 30 November 2024 at the BLF Head Office, Dhaka.
This project, funded by FCDO and implemented by a consortium comprising ETI UK, ETI BD, Mondiaal FNV, and BLF, marked the official onboarding of all BLF and ETI Bangladesh project staff.
The session included interactive group activities focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of the project, its activities, and implementation strategies, along with discussions on stakeholder engagement and mapping. The onboarding programme aligned team members with the project’s objectives, roles, and strategies, laying a strong foundation for its effective implementation.
