The International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women 2024 was observed by Bangladesh Labour Foundation – BLF with a 🎉 rally, discussion meeting, and street drama on November 25, 2024. With the support of Oxfam GB and funding from the EU, the event was held in Kornopara, Savar, engaging home-based RMG workers.
The discussion shed light on the causes and impacts of gender-based violence and explored how everyone can take action to prevent it. Workers shared their stories and exchanged ideas to build a safer, violence-free environment.
Let’s protect women and girls, let’s create a world free from violence!
