Preventing Gender-Based Violence in the RMG industries of Bangladesh – Promoting Anti-Harassment Committee
Gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in the workplace are major issues that affect the work environment and employee well-being. Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) in association with Fair Wear Foundation & GIZ has been implementing the project “Preventing Gender-Based Violence in the RMG industries of Bangladesh” where BLF is prompting the Anti-Harassment Committee as per High-Court verdict.
Through out our work, we are engaged to form, reform and/or activate the Anti-Harassment Committee in the RMG factories by developing capacity of the committee members.
