Capacity Development Training for Management staff of the Tannery Factories

20 participants from 19 different tannery factories participated in the training while they learned the process of compliance management as per developed checklist of Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE).

 

Syed Nahid Hasan and Md. Farhad Ali, Labour Inspector (General) of the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE) facilitated the training and gave hands on experience to the participants.

 

During the feedback session, the participants told that the training was quite helpful to them as there were no organization & management conducted this types of training to the Factory Mid Level Management. This will help us to maintain the in-house compliance to get the certificate from DIFE and further improving the workplace environment.

They also requested Bangladesh Labour Foundation – BLF to organize more training on this very important capacity development issues in upcoming days so that the factories can achieve their goal for a decent workplace.
