An ’Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) Training Module Customization and Validation Workshop’ was organized by Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) and Ethical Trading Initiatives Bangladesh on 16 January 2024, at the BLF Head Office in Dhaka.
The workshop aimed to customize OHS training modules to meet industry-specific needs and validate their relevance and effectiveness.
Key stakeholders, including DIFE, TWU, BTA, and BFLLFEA, participated in this workshop to ensure the modules are:
- Relevant to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Effective in improving workers’ knowledge and skills.
- Impactful in creating safer and healthier workplaces.
