Keraniganj informal RMG sector heads up to eliminate child labour from the workplace
With the support of Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF), Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) organized a meeting with Employers’ Associations and Trade Unions of Keraniganj Local RMG on October 16, 2022, at the Office of the Deputy Inspector General, Dhaka District.
The objective of the meeting is to share the progress of the implementation of the National Plan of Action (NPA) for the period 2022-2023 to eliminate of child labor from the Local RMG in Keraniganj area.
In the meeting, some significant decisions were taken by the participants and all the participants are agreed to implement the NPA within the time frame
